At Mialove Botanica, every product is carefully formulated and prepared with attention to quality and safety. We want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. To initiate a cancellation or return, please contact us at info@mialove.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Unopened Products
We accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns of items that have been opened or used. This is for hygiene and safety reasons, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mialove.co.uk. Include a brief description and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.
Skin Reactions
We understand that every skin is different. If you experience an unexpected reaction, please stop using the product and contact us. We will do our best to help and advise, and we will review each case individually.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and assessed, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation by email.
